1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "player", or "you") and Mavins Studio LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), the owner and publisher of Dead Wheel and operator of themavinstudio.com.

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or playing Dead Wheel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using or playing Dead Wheel and must immediately delete the application from your device.

2. Grant of Limited License

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Mavins Studio LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, install, and execute a single copy of Dead Wheel on compatible mobile hardware that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer any ownership title in Dead Wheel to you. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved exclusively by Mavins Studio LTD.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Dead Wheel is intended for players who are at least 12 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are between 12 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Virtual Currency

Dead Wheel may offer in-game virtual currency ("Gold Coins") and digital licenses ("Remove Ads") that can be purchased using real-world legal tender:

• Limited License Only: Virtual Currency and digital items are not your personal property. When you purchase virtual items, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize them solely inside Dead Wheel.
• No Real-World Cash Value: Virtual items cannot be redeemed, surrendered, exchanged, or converted for legal currency, physical goods, or real-world monetary compensation from Mavins Studio LTD or any third party.
• Store Terms & Billing: All financial payment processing is handled exclusively by the platform store through which you acquired the game (e.g., Apple App Store via Apple Inc., or Google Play Store via Google LLC). All transactions are subject to the applicable store's terms of service and billing rules.
• Refund Policy: All sales of digital consumable and non-consumable goods are final. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google pursuant to their respective platform refund policies.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore your non-consumable purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads") at any time via the in-game Tactical Supply Armory modal or Settings menu.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Dead Wheel, including its title, source code, game architecture, visual assets, vehicle designs, sprite sheets, sound effects, original soundtrack, dialogue, typography, and trademarks (including "DEAD WHEEL" and the "MAVINS STUDIO" studio brand), are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Mavins Studio LTD and are protected under international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform publicly, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Dead Wheel without our prior express written authorization.

6. Prohibited Conduct

While using Dead Wheel, you expressly agree that you will not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, derive the source code of, or tamper with the game software or its security protocols.
• Use automated scripts, bots, cheats, memory injectors, modded APKs/IPAs, or hacks to alter game values (including currency balances or health points).
• Circumvent or defeat digital rights management, license verification, or advertising delivery systems.
• Use Dead Wheel for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or commercial purposes.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of Mavins Studio LTD or any third party.

7. Updates & Maintenance

Mavins Studio LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, patch, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of Dead Wheel (including balancing weapon stats, game economy values, or wave difficulties) at any time without prior liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that Dead Wheel will meet all of your technical expectations, operate without interruption, be compatible with every hardware device, or be entirely free of minor software bugs.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAVINS STUDIO LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DEVICE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE DEAD WHEEL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MAVINS STUDIO LTD FOR IN-GAME PURCHASES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mavins Studio LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over Mavins Studio LTD.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Mavins Studio LTD concerning Dead Wheel.
